Sasuke felt something smooth and cold slip over his forehead, and frowned. "Only if it makes me stronger."
Unconcerned, Orochimaru finished tying on the new forehead protector.
"Oh, I'm quite sure that -won't- be a problem."

Well, that wasn't meant to sound like a scene from some terrible Yaoi fanfic, but I guess it does. Silly me always trying to put a little story with each picture. But yeah. I don't really write fanfiction, and I certainly wouldn't write anything so freaky as Orochimaru/Sasuke fanfiction. That makes me shivver just thinking about it. Eee.
This was just meant to be a...rather obvious solution to the 'sound' prompt in the fanart100 community. Who knows what happens to Sasuke in Sound....heavens knows I'm curious. But seeing as there is nothing official yet, its a fun territory to tromp around in. And there aren't a lot of people out there that bother to draw Orochimaru, much less Orochimaru humor(which this isn't, but expect to see lots of it).
I do wonder if Sasuke would get a sound headband. I can't see why not. But hey, Orochimaru doesn't wear one half the time, so there's no guarantee.

Technical-wise...there is a lot I see that is wrong with this picture. Sasuke's body is all silly and lanky looking, and he seems too tall next to Orochimaru. Like he's standing on a stool or something. And then there is the usual, with my lack of backgrounds. Bah. I hate to be bothered by them, but I think they'll come a lot easier when I get a tablet, because right now there aren't backgrounds because I refuse to waste my 3-dollars-a-marker ink. Ku, I'm so stingy. Orochimaru's arms gave me more trouble than arms have in years, but thats actually present in the three or so pictures I'm working on right now. I hate it how a person can advance in art, but then somehow lose something in the process. Not that I've ever been great or anything. Wow, I'm rambling a lot.
